+ I want to sell my House, how do I get started?
First thing is to reach out to us so we can talk with you and go over what your goals are and so we can schedule a time to meet with you at your House to go over all the details. It is very important to hire an agent that knows the market and can help guide you through this process. We know and are confident we can do just that. We like to meet with you in person so we can go over all the important details of selling your house and get you where you want to be. We need to be able to see your house in order to give you a Comparable Market Analysis of what you can potentially sell your house for. We also can walk through your House and give you tips (if you need it) on little things you can do to help make your house look great for showings and offers so that you can get the most for your house without breaking the bank and spending money on needless upgrades. Most of the time, it is just a matter of decluttering a bit and doing a few things to make pictures look amazing!
A lot of information comes out of meeting in person and seeing your House. We provide you with all the information you need to get you going in the right direction. We have strategic marketing techniques that work very well and our step by step process sets you up for success in getting the most for your house in your market.

One of the main things we do is we bring in a Professional Photographer to take professional photos of your house so your presence online shines and is amazing! + I want to buy another home after I sell my current home, how do we do this?
If you want to buy another home after the sale of your exisiting home, we want to have you prequalified for your new mortgage if you need one and we will want to do this before we get your house listed for sale.
There are several different scenarios where you can either buy before selling your house or even do a simultaneous close. A simultaneous closing is where we close on your sale and your purchase within the same day.
We will sit down with you and go over this process and make sure you're on the right path. We also have lenders we can refer you to in order to get you prequalified for a new mortgage, if needed.
+ Once the contract is accepted, what is the process and how long does it take to close on the sale of our house?
Once you are under contract, the Buyer will have their inspection period, and loan process to go through, if they are in need of a mortgage. The Title/Escrow Company will process their side of the transaction during this time also.
This process typically takes 30-45 days from the time we get a contract on your house until the time you close. This can vary depending on the terms of the contract.
There are many details involved in every transaction and each transaction can vary depending on the terms of the contract. That being said, we will walk you through the process every step of the way and make it as smooth as possible.
